Does anyone know what size screw holds the continuity wire on the alpha one first gen drive?

The one from the transom mount to the drive specifically

I'm launching tomorrow and I forgot all about re attaching them and I know I don't have the old screws and would like to get them on my way home tonight instead of scrambling around tomorrow morning

Thanks...not a common screw though.

Any idea where I can find them other than a marine dealer?

Probably ebay, granger, Fastenal and others. Could go down to HD or Lowes and see if they have some Stainless steel screws

Another thought, is if the boat does not stay in the water, your not going to need them

It's 27ft twin screw. I pay someone to move it twice a year...it stays in till late October.

I?m late getting it in the water cause I bought a new house and been busy with new projects on it. I'm usually in by mid May.

I'll check Home Depot tonight and see if they have stainless screws.

One last thing...where is the hole located? I have a spare drive I can look at but I'd have to dig it out of storage...all my tools and stuff are still not organized from the move. I have 3x the garage space but no real free time to enjoy it cause of all the damn projects my wife is making me do...it's a bummer

I guess you mean the bare stainless steel bonding wire? If I remember correctly, it is a 10-32. Very short, maybe 1/2" long. I got mine at my local ace hardware store. They even had the Allen head stainless steel exact replacement. Definitely requires a stainless screw.
