Alpha One Gen 2 Issue

So I was hoping i could get some feedback..

Got the boat going and im having what i feel to be slop moving from through my gears Forward N Reverse

So the boat will engage in all gears but lest say i put her in reverse :the throttle will be engaged as well and a little too much if you know what i mean..

Illl kick it in reverse and ..Im moving way quickly off the bat ..this is dangerous .. Im assuming a cable adjustment of sorts .....

Any ideas as to helping with this would be greatly appreciated.

Ayuh,.... Are ya sayin' it won't Idle in reverse,..??

Yup but you sure said it better than i did.

So with that outa that way...... What should i be adjusting?

Btw thanks for responding Bondo its been awhile since i have been on the site and i see your still a major contributor.
Im sure i owe you few beers and then some.
