Alpha One Gen 2 water tube bushing

Hey guys, in the middle of doing a complete rebuild on my alpha 1 gen 2 transom assembly. Though the rubber bushing on the plastic water tube wasn't in horrible shape I decided to order a replacement just to start fresh. Ordered a replacement from Michigan Motorz which was supposed to fit and here's what I am looking at as of today... New on the left.. old on right Anybody have any idea what model this fits because it's not going to work for the alpha. # on the new bushing is 23-416751. Going to run by the local marine shop tomorrow and order a new plastic tube since I noticed today I have a small pin hole in my original so if anyone can help me on the part # for the right bushing it would be greatly appreciated!

Not knowing your serial number and working from your sig of 1992, I came up with the following:
The part number for the bushing see item 16 (seal) part No 23-8165991

What you have is the seal for the Alpha 1 R/MR/Gen 1
The part number is what you have see item 28

Thanks! Should've just ordered it straight from my local marine shop to begin with just couldn't get there before they closed. But thanks again for the help!
