Alpha One gen2 steering slop (video)

Boat is a 95' Sea Ray 200 SS with 5.7l Mercruiser w/ Alpha 1 gen 2 outdrive

I've done a little research and suspect the gimbel ring or steering arm is loose. I did however find some slop in the power assist, I'm just not sure what is to be considered within spec? Below is a link to a video of the slop I observed.

It appears to me that you have way to much play in the ram. When the cable moves the place where the nut is attached should not move. Appears at the far end on it and set screw of pin is missing or the set screw is not tight. The cylinder tube should not move, The tube is sliding and rubbing bare spots
