Alpha One Hydraulic power unit wiring?

Hey guys, new forum guy here as I bought a project boat! Boats an 18’ Imperial V184 with the 3.0L Mercruiser. Engine was out and needed freeze plugs, (leaking) and a new coupler. Got it running great, rebuilt carb etc. Put the engine back in the hull, and I’m figuring out wiring. The HPU has a main + and -, then it has 3 wires going to the unit. Then it has a blue and purple going out to the outdrive, and coming back in. Has 2 small eyelet connectors. Any idea where they go? Thanks guys.

Those appear to be the trim sender wires not trim limit wires going to the trim pump

Thanks BT, any idea where they would hook up to? Boat does have a limit switch on the valve cover.

The switch on the valve cover is the shift interupter switch, has nothing to do with trim or tilt

Perfect. One of the wires has a red sleeve, the other doesn’t. It also explains why it’s not hooked up as the engine was removed. Thank you kind sir!
