Trying to determine whether this is a gen 1 or gen 2, and the seller tells me the s/n on the upper is:
A335515F

Maybe an aftermarket??

Serial number 0A335515 is a 1985, 1.50:1 drive unit... 1985 makes it an 'MR'....

The F at the end of the serial number indicates the gear ratio.
