For me, easy, about a 1 hour job.. If you haven't done it before it'll take a little longer. Follow the book (the GENUINE book) and you shouldn't have a problem.
It would be pretty foolish NOT to change the cable bellows while doing the shift cable. Never having it done before, it would probably take you a good 3-4 hrs time.
