Alpha to Bravo

Does anyone know how much trouble this conversion is? I'm told the bolt pattern is the same, so I'll not have trouble there, but can I use the (Alpha) inner transom plate? They look the same in photos...

Ayuh,......
Everything aft of the rear motor mounts has to be Changed,.....
As well as several things mounted to the Motor itself........
