AlphaOne Trim Gauge Replacement

Help, I recently replaced the sender units on my 1988 invader mercury 2.5L alphaone i/o. The was a dummy plate where the gauge sender should be. I added both sender units but now want to add a gauge. I can't seem to source out the gauge with the trailer position. Do I require the gauge with the trailer position or can I use any mercury gauge. Any part numbers or info would be great.
