Are you using Outlook Express? If so, you should be able to go to Tools-Account and set it to use "any available" connection. Then once you esytablish your net connection it should download your email. Right now it may be set up to use a dial up connection only to get the mail for that account.<br /><br />You probably will not be able to send mail from that account the way it is set up unless the dialup is the same company providing you with your broadband. Many use IP filtering to prevent spamers from bouncing mail off their servers. In that case just set the SMTP (outgoing mail) server to be the one provided to you by your broadband provider and keep the incoming to your att setting... clear?<br /><br />You should have some SW for your VPN and you should be able to launch it and connect just as you were doing through dialup. Look at the settings and figure out how it is telling it to connect...
