Alumacraft, 2000 Magnum 165CS, Fuel tank removal, bilge access

Can't find much information online about removing gas tank and bilge pump from this boat. I took a look and there does not look like there is an easy way to access these parts. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,.... Donno 'bout Yer boat, but generally speakin', under deck gas tanks require pullin' the deck, or cuttin' a hand-hole,...
