Alumacraft Kodiak ID

The seller claims his boat is an Alumacraft 14 foot Kodiak model. Below are pictures. He calls it a 1962, but the cork surfaced seating and lack of a rounded transom suggest early 1970s to me. Does anyone have Kodiak experience and comments? It appears to be a nice, deep boat.
