aluminum bushings at rear engine mounts v6

I am installing a V6 mercruiser engine. The rear mounts have aluminum bushings. Do these go under the washer under the bolt head or between the motor and rear motor mount?

Does anyone have a diagram of this mount?

starting with the bolt, then the washer, then the bushing, then inserted into the housing, thru the double wound spring ,and into the nut.
