I'm restoring an old houseboat with a large aluminum fuel tank. I found some floaties and such in the bottom and rinsed it out thouroughly. I let it sit a couple weeks in my garage to dry, but was wondering if there was an additive I might use to insure no moisture remains in the tank........thanks

Put some dry gas in and slosh it around. It should combine with any water
and when it evaporates the water should be gone. Before the dry gas; If your sure there are no gas fumes left take your shop vac and put the hose on the vac outlet and let and let it blow in the tank for awhile.
