Aluminum hull finish

I have an 83 Alumacraft T14XL. The previous owner has removed some of the hull decals and must have removed some of the decal adheasive using sand paper causing two small areas (8"x12") that the finish has been stripped off. I believe the hull is anodized, is there a product that I could use to repair this damage? Thanks, Bill

Yes, paint.

Use Zinc Chromate primer after a good bath of 50/50 solution of vinegar and water wash.

If your hull is aluminum-unfinished-only age will cover the scars.

The vinegar/water wash will "help it" age faster.
