aluminum to aluminum adhesive needed

I want to put a 6x6 inch doubler on the inside of the hull of my aluminum grumman boat.

What are the thoughts and experience for what to use to do that?
3m5200, epoxy, or PL, or ???

will need to fill gaps because I want to go over a rivet line.

PC 11 marine epoxy........ is will not move at all..... just make sure both pieces are sanded with about 60 grit to increase the bite.
