Aluminumcraft Help

Hi all
My friend have Aluminumcraft 14' ,he buy last year in november 2007 with
Mercury outboard 2.5 hp. Now he want to sell it back to me , Is the warranty
still good for me ? The boat is 5 year ,motor 3 year . they all 2007
