Am I getting enough RPM's?

Sorry if this in my manual, I just ordered one. 1983 Johnson 200hp V6, wide open, trimmed up, is approx 4100rpm, does this sound right? Oh yeah, pushing a 1972 20' proline C/C.

WOT is 4750 - 5750 rpm. either it's over proped, out of tune, has a dead cylinder, or is worn out.

thanks, will my new manual be able to tell me all that info? and the ability to test it?
