AMP'S......I need a used Amplifier

Where can I find a used amplifier for my 1970 60 HP Evinrude? A new one is not in my budget now, please help.....I have tried a dozen or so Slavage places, no help, any other places besides Ebay? Did I mention I am desperate...Also my manual does not go into the Amp specific testing I tried the Test Light Test, But It did not light up....Any way thanx...

Sadly thats the part that often puts them in the junk yard, to test the amp simplely ground / arc the wire that goes to the trigger
