Anchor locker on 250se

Curious to know proper method that anchor line is attached within the anchor locker. I just found while taking a look prior to installing my new anchor line that the end line is only attached to a larger shackle which is not secured in any way in locker. Looking for feedback

Only a shackle to stop the end from popping out. Winch used for locking it down.

Thanks Halifax, I have decided to go with an SS Eye Nut threaded to the threaded bolt securing the front bow tow line within the anchor locker. Highly doubt I will ever have all my line out within areas I will be boating. I just have to measure the thread diameter of the bolts, I am guessing 1/2 or 5/8". Any idea?
