Can these be repaired/rebuilt? Mine was tight when I bought the boat but now it's stuck. It's the "WORTH" brand and they are 50-70 dollars new but I like to tinker and save a buck if possible. I have a wire wheel on my bench grinder and if it will come apart I hope to save it. Has anyone ever had one apart?
