anchormate II or ST rope installation questions

I have been trying to find out how to properly feed the anchor rope through the pulleys on this unit. Everything I have tried doesn't seem to want to pull the anchor up into the mounting "stop" properly. Attached are some pictures I hope will help show what type of unit I have. I searched online including Anchormate's site to no avail regarding the rope feed/routing instructions.

The first picture on this page (http://marine.worthco.com/anchormate-products/anchormate-ii/how-install) shows it over both as you have it. Their picture shows the line between the rear roller and the swivel pulley a little more vertical that in your case, but that shouldn't affect it much.

If the reel were mounted on the bow cover as in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6MPmeRf_Oss), it'd go under the rear roller.

Thanks or the picture references. I saved a couple and magnified for detail. I am also working with Worth Co on this as I believe someone had the collar spring in wrong as there is no tension on the spring when the collar is pushed upwards as it would be when reeling in the anchor.

I guess it is tricky to get that collar spring in correctly. I sent them some pictures and am waiting to hear back from them as to whether or not the spring is installed incorrectly or broken as the rear anchormate also has the same issue with the collar spring. If I need to replace parts they will do it for a very affordable price including labor which will be much cheaper than replacing them. I believe these are stainless so new ones are expensive for my budget at least.
