I have some minor/major dents on the bottom / transcom area of my 1700 Fisherman series LUND w/ 115HP Yamaha 2-stroke. What annealing techineques, tricks are out there to fix this problem?

oxy-acetylene torch. blacken area with acetylene soot. clean up flame and heat area till soot is gone. practice on scrap first. per Jesse James of monster garage fame. it works.
