Anodes look a bit crusty but are still intact.
Can I clean them up and re-install? Fresh water boat seldom in the water for more than a few days at a time.
Ran through salt spray on the highway late last fall taking it for storage. Salt was hard on the trailer especially but also on the anodes.

As long as there's about 20% of the anode left, you're good to clean them and keep using them...

And once you clean them and put them back on, use a multimeter to check that they are connected (electrically) to the drive.

I'm a big believer in replacing anodes instead of re-using them, but I'm a salt water guy. It's your boat and we can't see the anodes.

As Chris mentioned, the important thing is to make sure there is good electrical connection between the anode and the outdrive casing.
