Another batt switch question, but using a Onbaord charger

Ok so I now have 2 very heavy duty deep cells for my minnkota up front.
One staring battery (Cranking only, borrowed from my car that is sitting for summer).
And now one "house" battery for tunes, fishfinder, bilge pump, lights, ect. while engine is off. This is a older deep cell that will be replaced next year but give me lots of reserve still.

Now I am going to have to install a perco batt switch, but at same time installing my new onboard 3 - bank charger.
I think I am going to wire the front 2 batterys to bank 2 & 3. But thinking I may be able to get fancy here.
If I wire the bank 1 output to the common on battery switch, and ground to any battery with the 2 grounds on the batterys connected together.
This would allow me to charge the battery I select on the switch right?
I needed a way to charge the House batt . when sitting. Without having to remove batt. or breaking out my car charger that does deep cell.... and Since I already have the switch and the 3 bank charger.

On the same note could i use the "both" selection? and do both at once? Honestly I don't think my starting battery "needs" to be charged everytime but since I'm plugging in boat, may as well get a top up.

Ok im confused. So you have a total of 4 batteries on your boat? 2 upfront wired Prolly in series for the trollong motor. These are not attached to the perko in the rear of the boat correct?

You then have 2 batteries in the rear of the boat on a perko. Your switching to batt one to start and run the engine, and batt 2 for when your sitting listening to tunes and otherwise burning electrons?

The rear and front batteries are not connected correct?

Then yes your idea will work just fine.

Thanks Bill.
Yes the 2 front batterys are not connected to the rear batterys in any way. And Nothing else but my trolling motor off them.

So could I use the "both" selection when using the onboard plug in charger?
I know my old 135hp evinrude probally has a 6 amp charging system, and wouldn't be advisable to try "both" with engine running. (But would any damage result? Maybe a blown rectifire/regulator)?

I haven't used my new onboard charger yet but I may have found a bug in my plan.....
I think because the 2 rear batterys are different, (one is deep cycle only, the other it starting, lead cell I'm guessing).
I thought I read that this charger does all styles, but you tell it what is on the end of the wires..... I could be wrong as I said never even plugged it in yet.
What do you guys make of this? Could that be the end of my plan, unless I was willing to change the setting everytime I switch the perko? (That won't happen very easily)
So everyone know the charger is a Nautilus 3 bank from Canadian tire, which is built by Schumacher. This seems to be the same one with different stickers.

The charge profiles for the starting and deep cycle battery on the switch are not sufficiently different so it would not in my view, make any difference if you charged them using the BOTH setting. But by your own admission, you indicate the starting battery would not need charging so why bother with the BOTH setting. The house battery will charge faster if charged alone. When done, then switch to BOTH to keep a "maintenance" charge on both. Other than that, your idea will work fine. Your engine will not top off a deeply discharged house battery in a run back to the dock or ramp. You would need to run wide open for hours to do that.
