Another Bayliner Engine Cover replacement thread. 1998 2050 Capri LS to be exact...

I suppose like everyone else it's time to replace the rotted Engine cover on my 1998 2050 Capri LS. Short of boxing it in, or a complete manual rebuild... anyone have any suggestions where to look? I've done the ebay/craigslist thing with nadda.... any help here would be very appreciated!
