Looks OK to me, although OMC specifies checking compression at operating temperature.

Ehhh... Not the best, but not worth A rebuild yet.<br />They should be more equal.<br />Try a shock-decarb treatment, and retest warm as Jack sugjested..<br />Carbon builds up quickly, and changes everything.<br />It may have a stuck or leaky ring, and carbon cleaner will sometimes re-seat the rings by removing the crud under the ring lands and such.

It better not need a rebuild. Less than 100 hours on a rebuild bore over. Have been running too much oil..probably needs more decarb.
