I just bought a 1974 MfC 15ft tri-hull.It had no crack in the transom when i bought it. I had to put a rectifier and a starter on it. Well then we went to the lake. Then i got to cheaking the transom on it cause of the other post. I found a crack in the outer fiberglass about 18 inches long. It is a streight crack going from the top of the transom almost to the bottom. The inside seems still pretty sound. Do you boat gods think the wood is gone.
