Another motor lifting question

Hi folks, Noobie here, I've read alot in here about lifting rings, straps, pullers & circus men to do the job, I have a Johnson 1979 V4 115hp, and I'm wondering if this ring devise/coupler{photo below} is a standard Johnson supplied lifting point or an aftermarket or something else altogether?... If so, It's attached with grade 6 bolts is that satisfactory? appreciate any and all thoughts, knowledge, comments etc.

Factory lift point. My 76 & 77s have the same ring..
