Another shift cable question

I was wondering if somebody could shed some light on shifter cables and a good place to get them. I sent pictures over to the Volvo Penta store through iboats and the reply was they could not help me. I have read related posts but have not found what I am looking for.

I?m working on a 1998 Seaswirl 170BR
Engine says OMC Cobra 3.0 4-cyl. model #302CMBYC
Transom Model #3868413
Drive unit says Volvo Penta SX model #3868721

From what I can tell it's an OMC style shifter assembly, the throttle cable looks identical but is 1 ft short and it has a part number (OMC M-10 213-7 H 12ft) stamped on it.

The shifter cable is seized, and I am looking for a replacement cable that is 13' long with similar ends. The only numbers visible are (086 7H 13ft) I?m sure somebody has run across this problem before and was wondering if somebody could offer some advice along with a good place to get one.
