Another stupid Prop question!

Just lookin' for Ideas, or reassurance. I run a '95 225 XRi EFI, the R.P.M. range on it is 5000 - 5800. I have a Mirage 19" pitch prop on it. Lightly loaded, in good conditions, trimed out I will turn about 5300, I tried the 17" prop first the Mirage, & as a spare I have a 17" merc alluminum, both of which make me turn over 6000. The boat runs great, & I usually run about 3200, the boat is on plane, at about 30 MPH, & no strain on the engine. With more people I will get about 5000, Max out of it, but it still runs well, no bogging or anything like that. Should I look for a Prop that will get me higher in the RPM range or drill this one, or rework the cup? Any thoughts? Thanks folks, Joe
