I have a 1996 19ft bayliner. This spring it wouldn't start. I removed the fuel pump and it was all dry. Where is the anti siphon valve located?

Usually it's the first fitting off the fuel tank, it could be straight, or an angle valve, plus there's usually an in tank filter ahead of it. You can blow thru it with some resistance, but only one way.

Thanks i found it! Its at a right angle. Should i put a wrench on the threaded fitting going into the tank (to hold it) and the remove the anti siphon valve? It looks like two parts threaded together. The other question is whre can i get a replacement? The bayliner part number is 50-60002?

Yes, unscrew it, (righty tighty, lefty loosey) you may find a fuel filter underneath it also. You can replace it with any antisiphon valve so long as it's the proper hose size, they are a common item on every boat, you should be able to get a replacement easy.
