any 15spline on an alpha?

Will just about any prop that has 15 splines fit onto an alpha 1 outdrive?

Sorta,............

A Johnny/Rude prop will fit,......
All the Large Gearcase Merc props will fit......
Merc Small Gearcase props will Fit, but Not run Right, At All......They Ventilate around the hub.....

I've never tried any other....
