Not mine, mine is the red one over there. I have the 19' version. <br />Nova marine in the late 60's made two boats. My boats style and a 24' (the picture above). The company sold a couple years later. The 19' (mine) was sold to Allmand and didn't go anywhere. The 24' was sold to WellCraft and was the base for most of there boats up until the late 80's. Thousands of boats.

I have a 1985 Well craft 23 Nova XL. I've read anode/ been told that it was based on a Formula hull, a Dons hull and now this thread indicates a Nova design. Is there any good source materials you could point me to that would give me some history on this boat?

I have a 1985 Wellcraft 23 Nova XL. I've read and/or been told that its design was based on a Formula hull, a Donzi 7 meter hull, and now this thread indicates a Nova design. Are there any good sources you could point me to that would give me some history on this boat?

Go to Novamarinextreme.com. Novas were derived from the 7 Meter Donzi, but the 23 is more Wellcraft than Nova.
