Any advice for torquing 2 low clearance nuts on new riser

I'm not sure how to go about torquing the 2 nuts on the middle studs of this style riser, no way to get a socket in there. Any advice?

I'm guessing many DIY mechanics go by feel ( guess ) professional mechanics use a torque wrench adapter..........

Ayuh,.... Experienced Mechanics use an end wrench, 'n calibrated elbow,....

Thanks for the advice, that adapter looks like another seldom used specialty I'm going to have to invest in, but I don't want to take chances of totally missing the specs and having a leaky gasket.
