Well, originally I was just looking for a good used garden tractor, but after I got my 93 JD 318, found out that now I too, am a "collector". d
What a great tractor!
It's too bad that 318 in any condition and accessories like a 3 point hitch or large snowblower are so expensive. You can almost outfit a larger older non JD for the same money.
Unfortunately (if you are buying) it's supply and demand. Otherwise I'd grab every 318 I could get my hands on.
My "collector" does not sit behind glass however. It's at work regularily, mowing, hacking down weeds and pulling a sprayer on the back 2.
