Any difference is starters?

I need a replacement starter for a 1990 90 horse Force. Is it a typical you get what you pay for ? I mean just buy the most $$ model and thats that.
Or is one brand better than the other?

There is a guy in West Virgina that sells on ebay. I believe his name is 14 rebuilders. Either search for his name on ebay or search my posts for starter related topics. He builds good products and stands by them. He also sells them for about $77 which is as cheap as you are going to find around.
