Any easy way to get these scratches out? (pics)

So I stripped the paint and I had to get my something off my face. So I spun myself up a mirror. Now look at those scratches from the puddy knife! I also have little specs of paint I still have to get off. What is the best way to get the paint off and the scratches out?

I can only assume this is an aluminum boat, correct? Paint can come off with some aircraft stripper and steel wool, the scratches, sand them out, simple as that. You'll probably have to start with 40-60 grit and work your way up until you sand out the scratches from sanding the scratch out ( does that make sense?! )

Next time, stand away from the boat!
