Any experience/opinion about SeaArk 20 Foot 1996 with 120 Force outboard???

I'm looking at a used SeaArk 20 Foot 19996 deckboat with a used 120 Force motor. Any experience or opinions with this boat and or motor.

We're looking for a boat with a shallow draft that can hold a lot of people (8-10) comfortably and still be good for tubing/skiing AND fishing. The bottom looks very flat so my biggest concern is that it would extremely rough in any chop. I'm on a MN lake that is about 1 mile by 3 miles and not especially wavy.

Force hasn't been made in over a decade and parts/service are getting harder to come buy.

Actually, this boat is rated for 9 but it seats at least 12 comfortably.

I'm confuzzed. How can it seat twelve if it's only rated for nine?
