Hello: A friend is considering the purchase of a boat with a 1999 Honda 90 hp four stroke. He did not take note of the model number. He only knows one person with a Honda Four Stroke about this age, and he was not real happy with it. I was hoping I could get him some opinions, at least on this year and hp. Thanks
