Got a customer with twin 575HP Mercruisers with new XR drives. Problem is after running and setting motors are vapor locked. Fuel rails have no shrader valves I can find. Thinking about drilling rails, installing nitrous solenoids and dumping into a catch can that will drain back to fuel system with check valve. switch on dash to purge. Cool fuel is option but others with these still vapor lock but not as often and bilge has plenty of airflow. Anybody know a better idea????

The early 575's didn't have a schrader vale on the TB the later ones did.
What is the serial number?

Best thing to reduce if not get rid of VL is to reroute the return going to the fuel filter and send it to the tank
