any hope for bellows antifoul protection?

after 13 months in salt water had my fair share of oysters and barnacles on my 2001 VP I/O. oysters were growing between driveshaft bellows and exhaust bellows.i am now applying primocon and non copper Pacifica Plus to aluminum parts but what can be applied to bellows and hose? i've heard anything from saran wrap to prop grease to carefully sized up pieces of inner tube over the bellows.

There is nothing I am aware of thats truly effective...If boat is moored in salt water it needs to come out yearly (if not every 6mons) for maintainence anyway.
