Re: Any info on Sportcraft boats

My last boat was a 1984 17ft sportcraft runabout and it was a pretty solid boat for it's age. I had to redo the floor but, that was because it wasn't taken care of and left outside with no cover from the previous owner. I know i didn't see many SportCrafts around in my area but the guy that bought it from me said they are popular up north on the great lakes and that they make a pretty good line of fishing boats.

Re: Any info on Sportcraft boats

Hi , well I just purchaced a 1977 sportcraft in very good condition and I have to do a bit of work to the motor thats on it but the boat itself is water ready. I just wanted to know if there is any thing I should look for in problems. What to do to keep it looking the way it dose now.I'm trying to figure out how to post a pic of it now and some more later.
Thanks Bob

Niice! I have an 89 1500 Sprint. I paid $1800 for boat, motor and trailer and use the boat every weekend.
