I have a 2002 150 hp Mercury o/b with a ignition problem the engine has loss of spark and intermittent misfire in cyl # 1 and 6. Pulling harness connection apart spark comes back . Replaced key switch and swapped harness nothing , remove 12v from purple wire to engine spark comes back ? Replaced ignition controller and trigger so far .
