Any known issues with a 2006 Evinrude 200 High Output Outboard?

I'm looking at buying a 22' boat that has a 2006 Evinrude 200 ETEC High output 2 cycle outboard. I've seen a few online listings about people having problems with this engine. Again, a few customer's could always ruin a name so I figured I'd ask here where there is a non-bias opinion. Also, does the etec get millage as good as the 4 strokes?
