I took my old cracked hatch glass (plastic) to the local glass shop and they made me a new one for 100 bucks. When I took the old one out of the frame, it just kind of pushed out. I know you use 3m 4000 adhesive to reinstall, but does it just sit in the frame? I did not have to remove any clips to get it out....

My Bomar and Lumar hatches have been replaced, but according to factory I used polysulfied caulking I got from Boatlife.

Is this what you used? I see it does not list plastic?
