any one knows of a sport lafitte picture in full stock look??

I am the new owner of a 19' 1981 sport lafitte fiberglass boat. I have an 1885 evinrude 70hp vro converted to replacement pump for the fuel. redone the carbs and fuel lines. free revs and idels great on the ears at home. put it in the water and while powering up it boggs and kills. will put put slowly but wont get ontop the water. had a buddy restrict air to the top carb and it jumps out and runs like it should.
