Its winter, and I have time before the water becomes liquid again. I have plans on rebuilding the carbs on my faststrike 115 and found CCMS reeds. I thought since I would be wrenching on the motor, would it be worth it to put in a new set of these reeds.

So before I dive in deeper in the motor, I wanted to see if anyone on here has used a set. Mainly I want to see if they made any difference.

Thanks

I wouldnt bother unless you want to spend a lot of money for not much extra gain. Normally its something you do incorrectly like putting the plug leads on the wrong cylinder that will lead to reeds going, so id just let sleeping dogs lie unless you really want to tear down the whole front face to get them out.
I only check the reed plate when on a rebuild unless diagnostics calls for it.
