Any problems with 2000 35hp johnson 3cylinder???

I'm looking at purchasing a 2000 Johnson 35hp 3 cylinder motor and was wondering if anyone has had a bad situation with this kind of motor? Says it had a fresh rebuild with a warrenty for the persons shop. Looks like a very nice motor and prop/skeg looks like new. Has manual and electric start.
Any outstanding problems?

Yes. The oiling system on it sucks. If it hasn't been done, take it off and mix your fuel 50:1.
