i drop from crusing RPM 4000 to idle? if i've been running for 10+ minutes and drop to idle i'll get a small smell of anti freeze and an inspection shows posibly a 1/2 pint of anti freeze has come from the system.<br /><br />best i can tell it's acutally coming from the cap. should i suspect an old radiator cap? a "hot spot" in the engine causing boiling? any other ideas?<br /><br />i've got a 4 cyl Volvo Penta AQ125A that runs like a top other than a little antifreeze coming out after a long cruisng run. <br /><br />i can detect no anti freeze leaks and only suspect the cap as there always appears to be a little next to a pocket on the resivour bracket.<br /><br />thanks.<br />shawn
